What indie books have I been reading these past couple of months? Glad you asked. See below for a list of books I bought and/or purchased last month. (If you're new to the #GoIndie2016 challenge, read this first.)
Post-Apocalyptic Novels
In March, I read Rise of the Six and loved the heck out of it. I'm trying to pace myself before I jump into the rest of the series, but I can't wait to get my hands on them! Also, I picked up Dreamlander by my girl, K.M. Weiland, so I'm looking forward to that too.
Fantasy/Romance Books
My new friend L.S. Mooney has written an amazing new book called Throughly Modern Mirella, and I'm beyond thrilled to add it to this list. I also really enjoyed the audiobook version of Love Beyond Time, which was very Outlander-ish. (Yes, that is a real term.)
Suspense/Adventure/Graphic Novels, oh my!
How could I say no to an indie graphic novel? Tomboy was an amazing read and I would love to read more like this in the future. I also read Secrets Don't Keep by my friend, Elora Nicole, and was enthralled. If you liked Gossip Girl, you need to get your hands on a copy.
There you have it! The books I read and bought in March and April. Well, mainly March. April was a bit of a break month for me.
